Flower bar rental
Most couples put ours in cocktail hour — the hour where guests have nothing to do and the photographs are happening somewhere else. It fills that gap beautifully, and it doubles as the favour.
The gap between the ceremony and the reception is the hardest hour of a wedding to design. A flower bar gives everyone somewhere to go and something to make, and it holds a crowd as long as the bar is built wide enough. We plan on two to three minutes a guest, and for a big guest list we will suggest the flower stand and a larger flower order so the display is deep enough to keep everyone moving.
Wedding favours have a well-earned reputation. A hand-tied bouquet does not get left on the table. We can tie a tag with your names and the date onto every wrap, and the palette is built from your bridal florals so the bar looks like it belongs to the wedding rather than beside it.
The bar travels well to the day before and the day after. An engagement party is where a lot of couples try it first, and a farewell brunch station is a lovely last thing for out-of-town guests to take back to the hotel — at a fraction of the cost of a second full floral install.

Pick the bar or the stand, then add fresh flowers and an attendant only if you want them. Delivery, setup, breakdown and pickup are inside both rentals.

We’ll provide a beautiful assortment of fresh seasonal blooms for your guests to build their own bouquets — roughly 5–7 stems each. Priced by guest count.

Fresh flowers are an optional add-on, priced by your guest count. Either package covers everything around the flowers — the bar or the stand, the styling, the wrapping station and the clean-up — so you can bring your own blooms or have us order them.
