Flower bar rental
A flower bar is a stocked, styled station where your guests pick their own stems, cut them, wrap them and carry them home. We bring the cart, the buckets, the blooms and the wrapping table — and we take every clipping back out with us.
Think of it as a bar, but the pour is flowers. Buckets of conditioned stems sit in a tiered display, grouped by colour and type. Guests walk up, choose what they like, snip to length at the cutting station, and wrap the bouquet in kraft paper and ribbon. It takes two or three minutes per person, needs no skill at all, and it gives people something to do at the part of an event where they'd otherwise be standing around holding a drink.
It solves two problems at once. It is an activity, so the middle of your party has a shape to it. And it is the favour, so you are not buying candles nobody wants. Guests photograph it, they talk to each other over the buckets, and they leave carrying something they made. A week later the bouquet is still on their kitchen counter.
Everything around the flowers, always: the stand or a styled table, the buckets and display décor, wrapping paper, the ribbon station, bouquet sleeves, snips, the instruction sign, and delivery, setup and breakdown. You never need to provide a table, buckets, snips or ribbon. The flowers themselves are the one choice you make — add them on and we source and condition them days ahead so they open properly, or buy the blooms yourself and we build the bar around them.
People call this several different things and they all mean one thing: a station where guests build their own bouquet. A bloom bar is a flower bar. A bouquet bar is a flower bar. A build your own bouquet bar is a flower bar with the instruction in the name. The flower cart is the piece of furniture we wheel in — you can have the same experience on a dressed market table if the cart will not fit through your door. If you have seen a phrase somewhere and are not sure whether we do it, we almost certainly do; just ask.
It is not a floral workshop. Nobody teaches, nobody demonstrates, and no guest is asked to sit through instruction. People walk up when they feel like it, take two or three minutes, and walk away with a bouquet. That is the whole appeal — it runs alongside your party instead of interrupting it. If you actually want a taught workshop with a florist at the front of the room, we would happily point you to someone who does that properly.

Fresh flowers are an optional add-on, priced by your guest count. Either package covers everything around the flowers — the bar or the stand, the styling, the wrapping station and the clean-up — so you can bring your own blooms or have us order them.
