How it works
From “is that date free?” to a room full of bouquets
Six steps, and only two of them are yours. Here is exactly what happens, in order, so nothing about booking us is a surprise.
The six steps

Choose your package
The Petal Package at $150 is our flower bar. The Blossom Package at $250 is our signature flower stand. Both arrive styled, with the wrapping paper, ribbons and bouquet-making supplies ready to go.

Add what you want
Fresh flowers, priced by your guest count at roughly five to seven stems each — or bring your own. And an on-site floral attendant at $50 an hour, two-hour minimum, if you'd rather not think about the bar at all on the day.

Send your inquiry
Tell us the date, the venue and roughly how many guests. We'll confirm availability and send you the total, with every line itemised. Nothing is booked until you've seen it.

Pay the $50 deposit
A $50 nonrefundable deposit reserves your date and comes off your total. The remaining balance is due five days before the event.

We deliver, set up and style
We arrive before your guests do, dress the bar or the stand, fill the buckets, lay out the wrapping station and put the instruction sign where everyone can see it.

Your guests build, we clear
Guests pick their stems, wrap them and carry them home. We come back, break the whole thing down and take every clipping with us. The venue never sees a stem.
What we need from you
Five things, and that’s the lot
Everything else is ours to sort out, including talking to your venue if that helps.
- About 6 ft by 8 ft of clear floor space
- Access to water within reach of the bar
- Shade, a tent or an indoor spot if we’re outdoors in Florida heat
- A load-in door and somewhere to park the van for fifteen minutes
- Roughly an hour before guests arrive, and forty-five minutes after they leave
