Riverview, Florida
Flower bar rental in Riverview
One of the busiest corners of our map — Riverview does a lot of baby showers.
Working in Riverview
Clubhouse rooms in the newer communities off Boyette Road and Big Bend are ideal for a bar: hard floors, a kitchen with a sink, and doors wide enough to carry buckets through. We usually set up as an island in these rooms so guests can come at the flowers from both sides, which roughly doubles how many people the bar serves at once.
Riverview is clubhouse country. The rooms in the newer communities are some of the best-shaped spaces we work in — wide, hard-floored, a sink close by. The trade-off is that they book out months ahead for weekend afternoons, so lock the room before you lock us.
- Getting to you. About 25 minutes south on I-75 or US-301. Inside our core area — no travel fee.

What we have learned here
Three things worth knowing about Riverview events
When Riverview books
March through May and again in September and October are the shower months here. December clubhouse parties fill up by early November, and if you want a Saturday in that window you want to be talking to us in October.
Colours that work here
Clubhouse rooms out here run cool grey and white, and cool light drains sage and dusty blue. Warm palettes — butter, terracotta, blush, coral — photograph noticeably better against that background.
The practical bit
Almost every community here is gated. Send us the gate code or add us to the guest list when you book, so the van is not sitting at the callbox with buckets warming up in the back.
Planning an outdoor bar? Our guide to flowers in Florida heat covers which blooms hold and which do not — and how many stems each guest needs will help you size it.
