Home. Downtown, Ybor, Seminole Heights, Westchase, Carrollwood, New Tampa — all a short run for us.
Working in Tampa
City venues bring their own puzzles: freight elevators, loading docks, a fifteen-minute unload window and a security desk that wants a name. Tell us the building when you enquire and we will sort the logistics with the venue directly, so nothing about load-in becomes your problem on the morning.
Tampa is our most varied area and the one where the venue shapes the bar most. A converted warehouse in Ybor takes a long two-sided island; a downtown office lobby takes a narrow single-sided run against a wall. We will ask for a floor plan or a photograph before we quote, because it genuinely changes what we bring.

What we have learned here
Three things worth knowing about Tampa events
When Tampa books
Corporate work runs autumn through spring here, weddings cluster in October, November, March and April, and the summer belongs to indoor birthdays. Downtown weekends in the wedding months are the tightest dates on our calendar.
Colours that work here
City venues are usually neutral — brick, concrete, black steel — which is a gift. Almost any palette works, and the bar itself becomes the only colour in the room. Against exposed brick in particular, warm coral and butter are extraordinary.
The practical bit
Three things we will need for a city venue: where the van unloads, whether there is a freight elevator and its dimensions, and a contact at the venue. Get us those and the rest is ours to solve.
