Flower bar rental in Clearwater
Clearwater, Largo and Safety Harbor — beach-adjacent weddings and showers.
Working in Clearwater
Anything near the water gets the salt-and-wind treatment: we set up back from the open beach where we can, tent the bar, and lean on stems that stand up to a breeze. Beach venues also mean sand and a long carry, so we build in extra setup time rather than rushing it.
Hotel function rooms and covered beach-club terraces are where we do our best Clearwater work. Open sand is possible but it is the hardest version: the table legs sink, the wind is constant and the carry is long. If there is a covered terrace twenty feet back from the sand, that is the spot.
- Getting to you. About 35 minutes over the Courtney Campbell. Outside the core area, so a mileage fee applies — quoted up front.

What we have learned here
Three things worth knowing about Clearwater events
When Clearwater books
Wedding-adjacent work runs October through May here. Summer is the quiet half, and the half where an outdoor beach bar is genuinely difficult — heat and afternoon storms in the same three hours.
Colours that work here
Everything by the water is washed in bright light, and pale palettes vanish in it. Coral, deep pink, butter and warm orange photograph beautifully against sand and sky; cream and blush read as white and disappear.
The practical bit
Beach venues need three things agreed in advance: where we can park, how far the carry is, and whether the venue allows a tent or umbrella over the bar. If the answer to the last one is no, we will move the bar rather than let the flowers cook.
Planning an outdoor bar? Our guide to flowers in Florida heat covers which blooms hold and which do not — and how many stems each guest needs will help you size it.
