Plainly: we collect what you tell us, we use it to answer you, and we never sell it.
Who we are
Amor Wildflower Co. is a flower bar rental business based in Tampa, Florida, serving the Tampa Bay area. You can reach us on (813) 325-5129 or through Instagram at @amorwildflowerco.
What we collect
Only what you give us, and only through this website's forms or by calling, texting or messaging us: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, your event date, guest count, venue and anything else you choose to tell us. We also collect basic, anonymised information about how people use this site — which pages get read, roughly where visitors are — if you accept analytics cookies.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, quote your event, and deliver the booking. That is the whole list.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question.
Who else sees it
Only the services we need to run the business. Today that means our website host (Vercel) and Google, whose font service supplies the typefaces on this site and therefore receives your IP address and browser type when a page loads. When our online booking forms go live they will be handled by our customer relationship system, and we will name it here. Each provider is bound to keep your data confidential and to use it only to provide their service to us.
A note about the forms on this site
Our online forms are not connected to a booking system yet. If you send one, it is held only in your own browser for the length of your visit and it does not reach us. Until we say otherwise on this page, please call or text (813) 325-5129 so we actually hear from you.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies. The essential ones remember your cookie choice and keep the site working. The optional analytics cookies tell us which pages people read. You can decline the optional ones from the banner, and your browser can block or clear all of them at any time.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number we may text you about your enquiry or booking. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop. Message and data rates may apply. We will not use your number for marketing unless you have separately agreed to it.
How long we keep it
Anything you send us by phone, text or Instagram we keep only as long as we need it: enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within two years, and booking records are kept for as long as tax and accounting require, which in Florida generally means seven years. Anything typed into a form on this site is discarded when you close your browser.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (813) 325-5129 and we will deal with it. We will not make you fill in a form to exercise a right.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date below. Material changes will be flagged on the home page.
