Flower bar rental
A flower bar is the rare corporate activity that nobody has to be talked into. It is quiet, it is optional, and it leaves everyone holding something.
Realtors, salons, medical offices and boutiques book us for open-house days and client events. The bar draws people in from the door, holds them for a few minutes, and sends them home carrying your brand on a tag.
No trust falls. People stand around a table, make something with their hands, and talk. For teams that mostly meet on video, it does more for a room than a scheduled icebreaker does.
Spring brings a run of these and they are some of our favourite bookings. A flower bar in a staff room during appreciation week costs less than most catered options and every teacher walks out holding something. For fundraisers we can run it as a paid stand and split the takings.
Custom signage, logo tags, ribbon in your brand colours, and a palette built to match. Send us a brand guide and we'll work inside it. Invoicing, certificates of insurance and W-9s are all straightforward — just ask.

Pick the bar or the stand, then add fresh flowers and an attendant only if you want them. Delivery, setup, breakdown and pickup are inside both rentals.

Fresh flowers
We’ll provide a beautiful assortment of fresh seasonal blooms for your guests to build their own bouquets — roughly 5–7 stems each. Priced by guest count.

Fresh flowers are an optional add-on, priced by your guest count. Either package covers everything around the flowers — the bar or the stand, the styling, the wrapping station and the clean-up — so you can bring your own blooms or have us order them.

Based in Tampa, covering Hillsborough and Pinellas, with Pasco and Polk by arrangement. Travel outside our core area is quoted up front, never buried in the total.
