Flower bar rental in Brandon
Straight out the Selmon — Brandon is an easy run for us on any day of the week.
Working in Brandon
Brandon gives us more indoor venue options than most of the county: banquet rooms off Brandon Boulevard, private dining rooms, and salon and boutique storefronts that book us for pop-ups. Indoor and air-conditioned is a real advantage between June and September, when an outdoor bar needs shade and a great deal more attention.
More of our Brandon work is commercial than anywhere else we go — salons, boutiques, medical offices and banquet rooms. Retail pop-ups have their own shape: the bar goes near the door where it pulls people in, and it runs on a smaller footprint than a party bar because guests come two at a time rather than forty at once.

What we have learned here
Three things worth knowing about Brandon events
When Brandon books
Brandon is our steadiest month-to-month area because so much of it is indoors. February and May are the peaks — Valentine's pop-ups and graduation season — and both book earlier than people expect.
Colours that work here
Banquet rooms here tend to have warm artificial light and patterned carpet. A tighter palette of two or three colours reads far better against a busy floor than a full-spectrum bar does.
The practical bit
Plaza and banquet venues almost always have a service entrance that is easier than the front door. Ask them which one, and whether we can park at it for fifteen minutes — that one question saves us half an hour.
Planning an outdoor bar? Our guide to flowers in Florida heat covers which blooms hold and which do not — and how many stems each guest needs will help you size it.
