Flower bar rental in Plant City
Barn weddings, farm venues and some of the prettiest light in the county.
Working in Plant City
Barn and farm venues are our favourite rooms to style — the cart looks completely at home against timber, and the light through a barn door in the late afternoon is better than anything we could arrange. They are also the venues most likely to be short on a water tap near the bar, so that is the first question we will ask you.
Barns are the one venue type where our cart genuinely belongs. Timber, hay light and a wide centre aisle. The practical catch is that a barn is a big open volume with no air conditioning, so we treat it as an outdoor space for planning purposes even though it has a roof.

What we have learned here
Three things worth knowing about Plant City events
When Plant City books
Barn wedding season here is October to April, and Saturdays in March and April go first. Strawberry season brings a run of spring events too, and those weekends get busy for everyone in the county.
Colours that work here
Against weathered timber, cream and white glow and pale pink turns muddy. Rust, terracotta, deep coral, butter and heavy greenery are what work in a barn — warm colours against warm wood, with white as the lift.
The practical bit
The water question comes first, every time. Barns and event fields often have the nearest tap a long way from where the bar goes. If that is the case, tell us and we will bring our own water rather than run a hose across your aisle.
Planning an outdoor bar? Our guide to flowers in Florida heat covers which blooms hold and which do not — and how many stems each guest needs will help you size it.
