Flower bar rental

Flower cart rental

The cart is the piece of furniture people photograph. Timber frame, canvas canopy with our name printed across it, a ribbon rack down one side and a wrapping shelf at working height — it arrives styled and stocked, and it leaves with every clipping.

What the cart actually is

It is a freestanding timber cart, roughly the footprint of a market stall, with a canvas canopy overhead and open shelving underneath for the wrapping station. Buckets sit in wooden crates around the base and on a tiered display behind. It is heavy enough to feel permanent and light enough that two of us can move it through a standard doorway.

Cart or table?

The cart is the better photograph; a dressed market table is the better throughput. A cart serves one or two guests at a time and reads as a feature in the room, which is why it suits storefronts, weddings and anywhere the bar is meant to be looked at. A two-sided table island moves four to six guests at once, which is what a sixty-person shower actually needs. For big events we often bring both — cart as the centrepiece, table as the working bar.

Where it fits, and where it does not

The cart needs about eight by eight feet of clear floor and a doorway we can get it through — tell us if the only route in is a narrow bungalow hallway or an apartment lift, because that is the one thing that decides it. Outdoors it needs level ground; grass is fine, soft sand is not. And like everything else in Florida, it needs shade if it is going to sit out for three hours.

Rented on its own

If you have your own florist or you are growing your own, we can bring the cart, the buckets, the crates, the ribbon rack and the wrapping station and leave the flowers to you. We deliver, set it up, come back and collect. It is the cheapest way to have the look, and we are happy to do it — just tell us up front so we are not quoting you blooms you do not need.

Packages

Two rentals, two add-ons

Pick the bar or the stand, then add fresh flowers and an attendant only if you want them. Delivery, setup, breakdown and pickup are inside both rentals.

Everything, handled

What’s in every flower bar

Whichever package you pick, all of this comes with it.

  • The signature Amor flower bar stand, or a 6-foot styled table
  • Buckets and display décor, arranged and styled
  • A full wrapping station — wrapping paper, bouquet sleeves and a ribbon station
  • Flower snips, water and towels
  • A hand-lettered instruction sign so guests know exactly what to do
  • Delivery, styling, setup and complete breakdown
  • Every clipping carried back out with us — the venue never sees a stem

Fresh flowers are an optional add-on, priced by your guest count. Either package covers everything around the flowers — the bar or the stand, the styling, the wrapping station and the clean-up — so you can bring your own blooms or have us order them.

And what we need from your venue

  • About 6 ft × 8 ft of clear floor space — a little more if we bring the cart
  • Access to water within reach of the bar so stems stay hydrated
  • Shade, a tent or an indoor spot if we're outdoors in Florida heat
  • A load-in door and somewhere to park the van for 15 minutes
  • Roughly 60 minutes before guests arrive, and 45 after they leave
