St. Pete has the best small event spaces in the bay: galleries, studios, rooftops. Rooftops need a conversation about wind as much as heat — a breeze that feels wonderful will strip petals off a bucket of gerberas in ten minutes, so we weight the display and pick sturdier stems.
Gallery and studio spaces are the most fun rooms we work in and the most constrained. White walls, good light, and usually a hard limit on floor space. We bring the table build rather than the cart and keep everything on one axis so the room still reads as a gallery.

Three things worth knowing about St. Petersburg events
When St. Petersburg books
St. Pete's calendar is social rather than seasonal — gallery openings, birthdays and small weddings all year. The one thing to plan around is event weekends downtown, when parking and load-in near Central Avenue become genuinely difficult.
Colours that work here
White gallery walls take anything, and this is the one part of our map where an unexpected palette really lands — rust and lavender, or butter and deep pink. If you want the bar to be the loudest thing in the room, St. Pete is where to do it.
The practical bit
Rooftop and upper-floor venues mean an elevator and a trolley, and we will ask about both. For anything outdoors and elevated we also weight the bucket display, because wind does more damage up there than heat does.
