Wesley Chapel, Florida
Flower bar rental in Wesley Chapel
North of the county line and well worth the drive — Wesley Chapel books early and books big.
Working in Wesley Chapel
The newer clubhouses and event rooms up here are generous with space, which lets us run a longer bucket display and move a bigger crowd through. It is outside our core radius, so there is a modest travel fee — quoted up front, never buried in the total.
The amenity centres in the newer Wesley Chapel communities are the largest rooms we regularly work in. That lets us build a genuinely two-sided island bar with a separate wrapping run, which is the fastest configuration there is — worth having if you are expecting sixty or more guests.
- Getting to you. About 35 minutes north up I-75. Outside the core area, so a mileage fee applies — you will see the figure before you book.
- Where we go. Seven Oaks, Meadow Pointe, Epperson, Union Park, Watergrass, SR 54
- ZIP codes. 33543, 33544, 33545
What we have learned here
Three things worth knowing about Wesley Chapel events
When Wesley Chapel books
Wesley Chapel books further ahead than anywhere else we go, partly because the amenity centres themselves have to be reserved months out. Autumn and spring weekends are effectively gone by the start of each season.
Colours that work here
These rooms are big, bright and modern, with a lot of white and pale grey. A saturated palette holds its own; a pale one needs volume behind it. If you want soft colours here, put the budget into stem count rather than premium varieties.
The practical bit
It is an hour each way for us, so we build the schedule around a single trip: everything arrives at once, and breakdown happens straight after the bar closes rather than later in the evening. Worth knowing if the party runs long.
Planning an outdoor bar? Our guide to flowers in Florida heat covers which blooms hold and which do not — and how many stems each guest needs will help you size it.
